Jacob and Carter absolutely HATED reading. Jacob would hide his face and would not talk to me. He completely shut down. Carter on the other hand, would pretty much throw a temper tantrum. It was awful when homework had to be done. I’ll tell you what…It sounds so good to hear my Jacob and Carter reading! They both now enjoy reading so much. For them to just understand “WHAT” they were reading. This moment is PRICELESS!
Our program is working, Ms. Martin!! Zachary (age 4) reads, quite impressive for a child his age. This county and its people are certainly indebted to you for your kindness, patience, and the time you give to those needing your help. Although Zachary has no real idea how much you will influence his life in years to come, I do. From both of us, dear ladies, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
