“CACF Announces Expanded Grantmaking Program

On March 1, 2010 the CACF Governing Board approved the new expanded Grantmaking program and the following grants totaling $250,100 in support for non-profits in the CACF service area: ….

# 17. Reading Window: $5,000 for the Low-Income Early Literacy Scholarship Program.”
