Radio breakthrough for Reading Window!

Did you hear about us on WTJU?

Since we had a maximum of 1 min. 30 seconds,we decided to wait until our next PSA to give credit to Dave Matthews and Charlottesville Area Community Foundation for funds for scholarships when needed. Tell others, please.

The Reading Window School of Louisa tutors children of all ages in reading, specializing in pre-kindergarten thru 1st grade.

They transform students from struggling, frustrated readers to successful, fluent readers. Most students come to the Reading Window School because they are reading below grade level. After attending a 6 week intensive program, the children return to their classrooms as willing and able students – some even attain honor roll.

Reading Window School students learn to read with joy and understanding. A happy reader learns faster and feels more secure in all other subjects as a result.

Is your child ready for a great leap forward, or for the next grade? Or, is your child below grade level and you are frustrated? Check out the non-profit Reading Window School of Louisa. To donate, get tutoring information, or to register your child for the next session starting in January, please call Sherri Rosser at 540-872-1998. This message is brought to you by the Reading Window School and WTJU.

Testimonials

I’d like to thank you for Kaitlyn’s amazing reading progress. I have seen a complete turnaround in her attitude toward reading and I can never express what that means to me as well as to her. In five weeks I have witnessed more progress than her entire first grade session. — Teresa [Meme] Hanks

In just 6 weeks, children struggling with reading become happy, enthusiastic readers! Their skills improve at least 1/2 year's worth. Our tutors work one-to-one with a child, while also empowering a parent or guardian to help the child reach success. Each session consists of 30 hour-long lessons. Our methods build self-confidence and increase comprehension while we all have FUN! Need-based scholarships are now available through a grant from the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation.
