Dear Piper,
Thank you for sharing the “Reading Window” method with our family and Zack. He was in the lowest reading level at the beginning of first grade. By the end of that year he was in the highest reading level. He learned to enjoy reading that year.
In no time at all he was reading chapter books. He tested at a ninth grade level before seventh grade started. Now he’s going into the ninth grade and tests at college reading levels.
By the way, two years ago Zack read a seven hundred page book in four days. I knew then that he was good enough already to go far in school.
